dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jak všeobecná sestra edukuje pacienty s diabetem mellitem o prevenci syndromu diabetické nohy. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje informacím o onemocnění diabetes mellitus, zaměřuje se na jeho komplikace, a především na syndrom diabetické nohy. V neposlední řadě se věnuje edukaci. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění toho, jak probíhá edukace pacientů s diabetem mellitem všeobecnou sestrou. Výzkum byl realizován v diabetologické ambulanci Nemocnice Strakonice, a.s. Výzkumné šetření bylo prováděno pomocí kvalitativní metody, a to přímého pozorování. Cílem pozorování bylo zjistit, jakou formou všeobecná sestra edukuje pacienty a v jakých oblastech je edukace prováděna. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou zpracovány do přehledných tabulek a schémat.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor´s thesis deals with the education of patients with diabetes mellitus by a general nurse about the prevention of diabetic foot syndrome. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to information about diabetes mellitus, focusing on its complications and especially on the diabetic foot syndrome. It also focuses on education. The empirical part is focused on finding out how the general nurse educates patients with diabetes mellitus. The research was carried out in a diabetes clinic in the hospital in Strakonice. The research investigation was carried out using a qualitative method, namely direct observation. The objectives of the observation were to find out in what form the general nurse educates patients and in which areas the education is carried out. The results of the research investigation are processed into clear tables and diagrams.en
