| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium fenotypově plasticity zelené řasy Desmosmodesmus communis. Plasticita byla sledována při změně abiotických faktorů v prostředí ? množství dostupných živin, teplota, pH. V průběhu kultivace byla studována změna rozměrů buněk, cenobií a ostnů a variabilita fenotypového projevu. Zaznamenané změny morfologie a fenotypu byly srovnávány s D. communis pěstovaným za laboratorních podmínek. | cs |

The plasticity was observed when changing abiotic factors during cultivation ? the amount of available nutrients, temperature, pH.
