dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřená na sledování délky dolních končetin po operaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Teoretická část práce popisuje kineziologii kyčelního kloubu a antropometrii délky dolních končetin, která je jedna z vyšetřovacích metod hybného systému. Dále jsou v ní popsané typy totálních endoprotéz a jejich možné komplikace, kam patří i nestejná délka dolních končetin. Praktická část práce se zabývá antropometrickým měřením délky dolních končetin u pacientů po operaci totální endoprotézy, které je doplněné o rozhovor s MUDr. Helmem. Měření se účastnilo 20 pacientů, kteří byli měřeni před a po operaci. Měření probíhalo v Klatovské nemocnici v období listopad - prosinec 2022. Z dat antropometrického měření se zjistilo, zda pacienti mají délku dolních končetin stejnou, nebo rozdílnou. Pokud měli asymetrickou délku, po 6 týdnech došlo k dalšímu přeměření a porovnávání. Výsledky poukázaly na to, že je významné provádět antropometrické měření po ope-raci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the monitoring of lower limb length after total hip arthroplasty. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the kinesiology of the hip joint and anthropometry of the length of the lower limbs as one of the methods of investigation of the locomotor system. It also describes the types of total knee arthroplasty and their possible complications, which include unstable lower limb length. The practical part of the the-sis deals with anthropometric measurement of lower limb length in patients after total endoprosthesis surgery, which is supplemented by an interview with MUDr. Helm. Twenty patients participated in the measurements and were measured before and after surgery. The measurements were carried out in the Klatovská nemocnice in the period November - December 2022. From the anthropometric measurement data it was determined whether the patients had the same or different length of the lower limbs. If they had asymmetric length, after 6 weeks further remeasurements and comparisons were made. The results indicated that it is important to perform anthropometric measurements after total hip arthroplasty surgery.en
