dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat roli Německa v Evropské unii a její agedně od 90. let po podpis Lisabonské smlouvy. Analýza je provedena pomocí modelu policy cycle. Každá ze zkoumaných smluv je tak rozdělena do fází policy cycle, ve kterých je pak hodnocena role Německa. Práce analyzuje Maastrichtskou smlouvu, Amsterodamskou smlouvu, Smlouvu z Nice a Lisabonskou smlouvu včetně neratifikované Ústavy EU.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master thesis attempts to analyze the role and importance of Germany in the agenda of the European Community/Union since the beginning of the 1990s. The reason behind choosing this topic is that it is often said Germany to be the most powerful country and the leader of the European Union. However, such complex work which can confirm those statements is rare, and relying only on budgetary context is not satisfactory either. That is why this analysis deals with the 4 treaties of the EU which have been accepted during the last 25 years. For a better understanding of the process the analysis is based on the policy cycle of each of the treaties and the role of Germany is being evaluated.en
