dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá vývojem dědického práva, se zaměřením na komparaci ABGB s NOZ. V konkrétních kapitolách práce obsahuje jednak charakteristické rysy jednotlivých úprav a dále rozdíly mezi jednotlivými úpravami. Hlavním tématem diplomové práce, je rozbor úpravy dědického práva ve Všeobecném občanském zákoníku a rozbor úpravy dědického práva v současném Občanském zákoníku, přičemž hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit do jaké míry jsou tyto úpravy shodné a naopak v čem se odlišují.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the development of inheritance law, focusing on the comparison of ABGB with NOZ. In the specific chapters of the thesis, it contains on the one hand the characteristic features of the individual legislations and the differences between these. The main theme of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the regulation of the inheritance law in the General civil code and the analysis of the regulation of the inheritance law in the current civil code, while the main aim of the diploma thesis is to find out to what extent these legislations are the same and to what extent they differ.en
