dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá tématem zrušení politické strany. Na úvod se věnuje pojmu politická strana a problematice extremismu a radikalismu, dále rozebírá možnosti obrany demokracie, přičemž vychází zejména z judikatury Evropského soudu pro lidská práva. Jádrem práce je situace v České republice. Práce se zaměřuje nejen na současnou situaci, která se týká zejména kauzy Dělnické strany a diskuze o zrušení Komunistické strany Čech a Moravy, ale pojednává i o historii a vývoji postavení politických stran. V závěru jsou pro porovnání uvedeny případy z jiných evropských států.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issue of dissolution of political party. First it is devoted to the definition of the concept political party and the issues of concepts extremism and radicalism. The next part analyses how the democracy can be protected focusing especially on the judicature of the European Court of Human Rights. The core of the work is the situation in the Czech Republic. It refers to the history and to the present where the most important is the case of Worker´s Party and the discussion about the dissolution of Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia. Last chapter compares cases from the other European countries.en
