dc.description.abstractTéma této bakalářské práce je Zvláštnosti ošetřovatelské péče u hematoonkologického pacienta v intenzivní péči. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na samotný obor hematoonkologie, na její základní onemocnění, léčbu a ošetřovatelskou péči s nimi spojenou. V teoretické části je také popsán bariérový přístup ošetřovatelské péče, který je nedílnou součásti. V praktické části jsou popsány tři kazuistiky pacientů hospitalizovaných na 1. IK. Metabolické jednotky intenzivní péče ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. Hlavním cílem je porovnání ošetřovatelské péče u těchto pacientů, popsat její zvláštnosti a specifika.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is Peculiarities of nursing care for hematooncological patients in intensive care. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the field of hematooncology, its basic diseases, treatment and nursing care associated with them. The theoretical part also describes the barrier nursing care, which is an integral part. The practical part describes three case reports of patients hospitalized at the 1. IK. Metabolic intensive care units at the University Hospital in Pilsen. The main goal is to compare nursing care for these patients, to describe its peculiarities and specifics.en
