dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá vztahem etiky a bankovnictvím. Konkrétně ČNB. Pro srozumitelnost začíná práce v historii a končí v současnosti. Ukazuje na uvolňování etiky u nás na straně jedné a sankce za porušování etického kodexu v ČNB na straně druhé. Také poukazuje na právní stránku bankovnictví, od založení po fungování až prakticky k sankcím za nedodržení stanovených cílů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the relationship between ethics and banking. Specifically, the Czech National Bank. For clarity, the work begins and ends in the history of the present. Shows the release ethics with us on the one hand and the penalties for violations of the code of ethics in the Czech National Bank on the other. It also points to the legal aspect of banking, from the foundation to the functioning of virtually the penalties for failure to comply with the objectives set.en
