dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je rozdělena na několik kapitol. V první kapitole je popsána definice neziskového sektoru, jeho historický vývoj, pojmy, poslání, dělení neziskových organizací a právní úprava. V další kapitole jsou podrobně analyzovány jednotlivé druhy neziskových organizací, které fungují v České republice. Jsou zde popsány náležitosti, které musí neziskové organizace splnit při vzniku nebo zániku, je zde uveden účel, pro který byly organizace založeny, jejich statutární orgány. V části zabývající se financováním nestátních neziskových organizací jsou uvedeny principy, způsoby financování a provedena analýza financování nestátních neziskových organizací z veřejných rozpočtů v roce 2016. Poslední část diplomové práce je zaměřena na analýzu dvou usnesení Nejvyššího soudu České republiky, která se vztahují k problematice neziskového sektoru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the mission of the non-profit sector in contemporary society. The aim is to introduce the functioning of the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, its legislation, financing and the case law of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. My thesis is divided into several chapters. First chapter describes the definition of non-profit sector, the historical development, concepts, missions, division of non-profit organizations and legal regulation. Next chapter analyzes in detail the particular types of non-profit organizations which are in place in the Czech Republic. There are described the requirements which the non-profit organizations have to fulfill in the event of their creation or termination.There is also mentioned the purpose for which the organizations were founded and their statutory bodies. In the part dealing with financing of non-governmental non-profit organizations are mentioned the principles, methods of financing and there is also presented the analysis of financing of non-governmental non-profit organizations from public budgets in the year 2016. The last part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of two resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic which are related to the issue of the non-profit sector.en
