dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je péče o nemocného s ascitem v ambulantním provozu. V teoretické části jsou popsány nejčastější příčiny vzniku ascitu, diagnostika onemocnění, péče o pacienta s ascitem a prognóza onemocnění. Ascites je mnohdy následkem závažných onemocnění, která vedou ke smrti nemocných, a proto nedílnou součástí péče o takto nemocného člověka je i paliativní péče. V praktické části vidíme onemocnění z pohledu pacienta. Cílem je zjistit, zda pacienti preferují ambulantní péči před hospitalizací a proč. Zvolila jsem formu kvalitativního výzkumného šetření pomocí rozhovorů se třemi respondenty. Rozhovory byly s jejich souhlasem nahrávány, po přepsání do bakalářské práce smazány.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis endeavors to provide readers with the understanding of the management of the patients with ascites on a outpatient basis. The theoretical part of the thesis gives an overview on general symptoms of ascites, medical diagnosis, treatment and prognostic factors in patients as well. Management of developed ascites (pathological accumulation of fluids in the peritoneal cavity) due to serious diseases as cirrhosis of the liver commonly deals with a palliaive care. The practical part of the thesis gives an overview on ascites from patients' perspective. The iam of the analysis is to examine whether the patients prefer and outpatient treatment or hospitalization care. The structured interviews were used as a qualitative research methodology. Patients agreed to be recorded - after rewriting, the recorded interviews were safely deleted.en
