dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nemocných s punkční nefrostomií. V teoretické části je stručně popsán vylučovací systém, jsou interpretovány dostupné poznatky o diagnostice a indikacích založení punkční nefrostomie. Zabývá se též ošetřovatelskou péčí o nefrostomika před výkonem zavedením punkční nefrostomie, při samotném instrumentálním výkonu a po provedení výkonu. Důraz je kladen také na edukaci, komunikaci a kvalitu života nefrostomika. V praktické části jsou na základě formulace problému stanoveny cíle a předpoklady pro vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření. Současně je popsán i soubor respondentů a metodika sběru dat. Na základě analýzy zjištěných údajů jsou pro přehlednost vytvořeny grafy s výsledky kvantitativního výzkumného šetření. Výsledky jsou hodnoceny v diskusi. V závěru jsou shrnuty nové poznatky o životě s punkční nefrostomií a doporučení pro praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the problems of patients with percutaneous nephrostomy. The theoretical section briefly describes the excretory system, and the interpreted available evidence on the diagnosis and indications of percutaneous nephrostomy. This thesis also deals with nursing care of patients with nephrostomy prior to surgery (percutaneous nephrostomy tube placement), including nursing care of the patients during and after the surgical intervention. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of education, communication, and quality of life for patients with percutaneous nephrostomy. The hands-on section sets goals and assumptions for the research evaluation process based on phrasing of the problem. This section also includes the description of the sample of respondents and data collection methodology. This paper also shows graphs with the quantitative research data results, based on analysis of the reported data to ensure clarity. The results are evaluated in the discussion. The conclusion summarizes new insights about life with percutaneous nephrostomy and recommendations for practice.en
