dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku měření a hodnocení výkonnosti zdravotnických systémů založených na povinném zdravotním pojištění, tj. České republiky, Německa, Maďarska, Lucemburska a Švýcarska. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí. Na začátku práce jsou nejdříve vymezena teoretická východiska této problematiky včetně způsobů měření a příkladů základních ukazatelů. Pomocí vybraných indikátorů je v další části provedena charakteristika zvolených zdravotnických systémů a jejich následná komparace. Poslední část práce se věnuje zjištěným rozdílům a odůvodněním příčin těchto diferencí. Celá problematika je následně shrnuta a jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení pro zvolené státy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the issue of measuring and evaluating performance of health systems based on compulsory health insurance, i.e. the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg and Switzerland. This thesis consists of three main parts. First part defines the theoretical background and basic concepts of health system performance including ways of measurement and examples of primary indicators. Based on the selected indicators the second part characterises and compares the chosen health systems. Last part deals with the identified differences and justification of their causes. In closing of this diploma thesis there is a summary of the problematics including some proposals for measures of improvement in those selected countries.en
