| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na kineziologii a typy poruch v oblasti pánve a páteře. Dále je zdůrazněn význam stabilizace páteře za pomoci hlubokého stabilizačního systému, popsána problematika vertebrogenních poruch a v závěru jsou uvedeny terapeutické metody k léčbě a následné prevenci recidiv. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na sledování čtyř klientů, kteří trpí vertebrogenními potížemi. Pomocí kineziologického vyšetření a testováním funkce svalů jsem zjistil vadné držení těla, insuficienci hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře a poruchu svalové souhry. | cs |
