| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výroby regulačních vřeten pro regulaci páry ve ventilech parních turbín používaných na USC elektrárnách. Zabývá se charakteristikou inconelových materiálů a popisuje postup obrábění a používané nástrojové vybavení pro výrobu vřeten z žárupevné slitiny Nimonic 901. V druhé části práce je popisována aplikace iontové nitridace na povrch vřetena z Nimonicu 901 a zkoumání vlastností nitridované vrstvy. Věrohodnost výsledků je podložena množstvím experimentů, které jsou uvedeny v příloze diplomové práce. | cs |

Deals with characteristic of Inconel materials and describes the machining process and cutting tools for spindles production of high-temperature alloy Nimonic 901. The second part describes application ion nitriding on the surface the spindle from the Nimonic 901 and investigates the properties of nitride layer.
