dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o významu dopravy a přepravy zboží v ekonomických vztazích, o odpovědnosti dopravce v mezinárodní silniční přepravě, o odpovědnosti v souladu s mezinárodní Úmluvou CMR, o odpovědnosti v plném rozsahu v důsledku hrubé nedbalosti / hrubého zavinění. V dokumentu je zpracován též náhled do rakouských a německých zasílatelských podmínek a výtah ze zajímavých soudních rozsudků z této oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis discusses the importance of traffic and freight transport in economic relationships, the carrier's liability in international road transport, the liability accordance with international CMR, and the liability in full as a result of gross negligence. The document also developed a insight into the Austrian and German forwarding conditions and an excerpt of (?the? weg) interesting court decisions in this area. Anotace v Německém jazyce: Die Diplomarbeit behandelt die Bedeutung des Transportes und Verkehrs in ökonomischen Beziehungen, die Haftung des Frächters in dem internationalen Strassenverkehr, die Haftung in Übereinstimmung mit der internationalen CMR-Vereinbarung, die Haftung des Frächters im vollen Umfang auf Grund des groben Verschulden / der groben Fahrlässigkeit. In dem Dokument ist bearbeitet auch die Ansicht in die ADSp (Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen) und in die AÖSp (Allgemeine Österreichische Spediteurbedingungen) und der Auszug von den interessanten Rechtsurteilen.en
