| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mobilizací u centrálních paréz. Zaměřuje se především na hemiparetické rameno, které tvoří jednu z nejčastějších komplikací klientů po CMP. První dvě kapitoly pojednávají o problematice mobilizací a klinického vyšetření, které každé mobilizaci musí předcházet. Další dvě kapitoly se zaměřuji na problematiku CMP a problematiku hemiparetického ramene. Poslední částí je intervence v ergoterapii, kde se práce zabývá jak využitím mobilizací, tak i dalšími ergoterapeutickými prvky, které se mohou v terapii hemiparetického ramene využít. Diskuze je uvedena v závěrečné části práce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with issues of mobilization in central paresis. It focuses primarily on the hemiparetic arm, which is one of the most common complications of CMP clients. The first two chapters deal with the issue of mobilization and clinical examination, which must be preceded by mobilization. Two other chapters focus on CMP and hemiparetic shoulder. The last part is an intervention in occupational therapy where the work deals with mobilization and other ergotherapeutic elements that can be used in hemiparetic therapy of the shoulders. The discussion is presented in the final part of the bachelor thesis. | en |
