| dc.description.abstract | Mezi nejčastější patologické procesy postihující placentu patří záněty. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou a klasifikací placentárních zánětů v souboru placent vyšetřených během jednoho roku na Šiklově ústavu patologie. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o vývoji, anatomii a funkcích placenty, zánětlivých změnách placenty včetně jejich klasifikace a komplikacích, které mohou tyto záněty způsobit. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení statistických dat a jejich srovnání s literárními údaji. V této části je popsána frekvence výskytu jednotlivých typů zánětů, jejich asociace s patologickými stavy plodu a korelace klinických a morfologických diagnóz. Součástí této práce je i vyhodnocení imunohistochemického vyšetření v souboru 15 placent plodů s růstovou restrikcí, ve kterých nebyl nalezen chronický zánět ani jiný morfologický korelát této diagnózy. Výsledky prokázaly užitečnost tohoto vyšetření, neboť v jednom z případů byl dodatečně nelezen chronický idiopatický zánět. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The most common pathological processes affecting the placenta are inflammations. This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics and classification of placental inflammations in a series of placentas examined during 1-year period at the Šikl's Institute of Pathology. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes basic information about the development, anatomy and functions of the placenta, inflammatory changes of the placenta including their classification and associated complications. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of statistical data and their comparison with literature data. This part describes the frequency of individual types of inflammation, their association with pathological conditions of the fetus and correlation of clinical and morphological diagnoses. Moreover, the practical part includes evaluation of immunohistochemical examination in a set of 15 placentas of fetuses with growth restriction, in which nor chronic inflammatory changes nor other known pathological findings asociated with this diagnosis were found. The results demonstrate the utility of this examination, because in one on the cases the chronic idiopathic inflammation was subsequently confirmed. | en |
