dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce Metody a nástroje finančního controllingu a jejich využití v podnikové praxi se zabývá oblastí finančního controllingu. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza a hodnocení současného stavu finančního controllingu ve vybraném podniku. Práce je tvořena šesti kapitolami. Teoretická část práce seznamuje s pojmem controllingu, jeho podstatou, funkcí controllera a druhy controllingu. Dále se práce zaměřuje na finanční controlling a jeho úlohu v podniku. Podrobně jsou popsány controllingové metody. Součástí je také komparace vybraných controllingových metod a vyhodnocení této komparace. V praktické části práce je představen vybraný podnik Karpem a. s. Dále jsou v podniku analyzovány controllingové metody. Nakonec je vyhodnocen aktuální stav finančního controllingu v podniku. Na základě analýzy a hodnocení v oblasti controllingu jsou podniku navržena doporučení pro zlepšení úrovně řízení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Thesis Methods and Tools of Financial Controlling and their Use in Business Practice introduces areas of financial controlling. The main goal is an analysis of current status for chosen company. The Thesis is divided to six chapters. A theoretical part of the Thesis explains a concept of controlling, it´s principle, function of controller and kinds of controlling. The next part of the Thesis contains a financial controlling and it´s task in a company. There are subscribed controlling methods in detail. There is also comparison of chosen controlling methods and evaluation of the comparison. The chosen company is called Karpem a.s and the company is introduced in a practical part of the Thesis. There are also analyzed the controlling method. Finally, the practical part of the Thesis evaluates a current status of financial controlling in the company. There are suggested recommendations for improving the level of controllling, which have basis from the previous analyses and evaluation in the field of controlling.en
