dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pacienta s arteriální hypertenzí. Práce se skládá z 2 hlavních částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní souhrn faktů o onemocnění, monitorování krevního tlaku a léčbě. Dále obsahuje zamyšlení nad psychikou pacientů s arteriální hypertenzí a část věnovanou ošetřovatelské péči. Praktická část obsahuje šetření formou kvantitativního průzkumu pomocí dotazníků. Zaměřeny byly na problematiku pacientů s arteriální hypertenzí-informovanost ohledně farmakologické a nefarmakologické léčby hypertenze, dodržování rad lékaře, monitorování tlaku pomocí domácího měření a jejich zkušenosti ohledně nakládání s naměřenými údaji.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor's work is focused on problems of patients with arterial hypertension. It is divided in 2 parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part contains basic summary about disease, monitoring blood pressure, treatment, reflection about psyche of patient with arterial hypertension and nursing care. Practical part contains investigation in form of quantitative research by questionnaires. This work is focused on problematics of patients with arterial hypertension, their knowledge about pharmacological and non pharmacological treatment of hypertension, observe of medical recommendations, monitoring blood pressure by home measuring tool and experience of patients in different situations, experience of patients (what they do with measured data).en
