dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývala vývojem maďarského politického systému po roce 1989, po pádu komunismu v zemi. Práce přibližuje vznik nových demokratických struktur, funkci jednotlivých složek moci zákonodárné, výkonné a soudní, tedy parlamentu, vlády, prezidenta a soudů. Ústavní soud stojí mimo soudní moc. Zaměřil jsem se na volební a stranický systém, jeho pravidla fungování a zásady voleb. Práce také ukazuje vývoj politických stran v různých volebních období za posledních 20 let. Zde jsem se soustředil na volby, vládní formace po volbách, co se podařilo nebo nepodařilo stranám a další politické události.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of my thesis was the familiarization with the development of the Hungarian political system after 1989, after the fall of communism in the country. The thesis approaches the formation of the new democratic structures, the function of individual components of the legislative, executive and judicial powers, namely the Parliament, the government, the president and the courts. The Constitutional Court is outside of the judicial power. I focused on electoral and party system, its rules of running and the principles of the election. The thesis also shows the development of political parties and various electoral period in the last 20 years. Here I focus on elections, government formation after the election, what succeeded or failed to parties and other political events.en
