dc.description.abstractTato práce se opírá o dlouhodobý pobyt v terénu. Pomocí případové studie popisuje hlavní strategie péče, které matky volí poté, co jim skončí mateřská dovolená. Zjišťuje hlavní faktory, které tuto volbu ovlivňují. Zároveň práce přibližuje život v mošavu Nir Cvi a práci Au Pair. Závěrem práce srovnává výsledky výzkumu s teoretickou částí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thseses is based on long-term stay in Israel. By the means of a case study, it describes the main strategies which mothers have to choose, after their maternity leave is over. The theses finds the main factors that affect the woman's choice. It also describes the life in the moshav Nir Cvi and Au Pair job. In the end, it compares the data gain from research with the teoretical part.en
