dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zásob, jejich analýzu, způsob jejich oceňování a jejich řízení. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy týkající se zásob, struktura zásob, oceňování zásob a jejich účtování. Dále jsou rozebrány modely a systémy řízení zásob a ukazatele hodnocení efektivnosti řízení zásob. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu zásob ve firmě Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s. r. o. se sídlem v Plzni. Jsou rozebrány způsoby oceňování zásob v podniku a metody jejich účtování. Dále je popsáno řízení zásob ve společnosti. Nakonec je provedeno hodnocení efektivnosti řízení zásob a jsou navržena možná zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on inventory, their analysis, the method of their evaluation and management. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the basic concepts related to inventory, structure of inventory, evaluation of inventory and their accounting are explained. Furthermore models and inventory management systems and indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of inventory management are analyzed. The practical part is focused on the analysis of inventory in company Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, Ltd., based in Pilsner. Furthermore methods of inventory evaluation in the company, method of their accounting and inventory management in the company are discussed. Finally, assessments of the efficiency of inventory management are performed and possible improvements are suggested.en
