dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Péče porodní asistentky o ženu při porodu z pohledu rodičky. V teoretické části je popsána historie porodní asistentky, současná profese porodní asistentky, kompetence a mezinárodní definice porodní asistentky. Dále je popsán porod a změny psychiky ženy při porodu. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé doby porodní, a péče porodní asistentky v jednotlivých dobách porodních. Praktická část je provedena pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu s využitím dvou rozhovorů s dvěma ženami po porodu, jedna žena byla prvorodička a druhá žena byla druhorodička. Výzkum přináší jedinečnou zkušenost žen s porodním procesem, a popis práce porodní asistentky s rodící ženou. Výstupem práce je analýza získaných informací a návrh praktických tipů do odborné praxe.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic Care of a midwife for a woman during childbirth from the mother's point of view. The theoretical part describes the history of the midwife, the current profession of midwife, competencies and international definition of midwives. Childbirth and changes in the woman's psyche during childbirth are also described. At the end of the theoretical part, the individual periods of childbirth and the care of the midwife in the individual periods of childbirth are described. The practical part is carried out using qualitative research using two interviews with two women after childbirth, one woman was a first-born and the other woman was a second-born. The research provides a unique experience of women with the birth process, and a description of the midwife's work with the woman giving birth. The output of the work is the analysis of the obtained information and the proposal of practical tips for professional practice.en
