dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je "Multikulturní ošetřovatelství v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici - Vojenské fakultní nemocnici Praha" (ÚVN). Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část shrnuje dosavadní poznatky uvedené v publikacích, představuje ÚVN a specifický přístup k ošetřovatelství a péči o cizince v nemocnici. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky výzkumu dotazníkového šetření v ÚVN. Cílem práce je seznámit laickou i odbornou veřejnost s ošetřovatelskou péčí a jejími specifikami v péči o cizince.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the diploma thesis is "Multicultural Nursing Care in Central Military Hospital - Military University Hospital in Prague". The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with a summary of the previous published knowledge, introduces ÚVN and a specific approach to nursing and the care of foreigners in this hospital. The practical part presents results of the questionnaire research at ÚVN as well as an overview of the number of hospitalised foreigners and a presentation of interviews with nurses, focusing on the treatment of foreigners. The aim of the thesis is to familiarize the lay and professional public with nursing care, present the specifics of nursing care for foreigners and nursing care provided in the UCI.en
