dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá válcem motocyklu Jawa 50 Pionýr. Na začátku práce byly zjištěny potřebné parametry válce, poté byl vytvořen 3D model motorového válce. Následně se práce zabývá konstrukčním návrhem přepouštěcích kanálů v hliníkové části válce a návrhem upínacího přípravku. Model válce obrobit v počítačové podobě v programu Catia V5R. Závěrem této práce bude samotná výroba přepouštěcích kanálů ve válci motocyklu Jawa 50.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with the cylinder of Jawa 50 Pioneer. First it was necessary to map the current state of the cylinder, determine the alloy from which the cylinder is made and create a 3D model of the engine cylinder. Subsequently, the work deals with the structural design of transfer channels in the aluminum part of the cylinder. From the proposals, the most suitable one is selected, which is subsequently machined in a computerized form in the program Catia V5R. For real machining of transfer channels, it is necessary to create constructional designs for clamping. The most suitable design is then selected and manufactured. The final part of this work is the production of the transfer channels in the cylinder of Jawa 50.en
