Les relations entre avocats français et tchécoslovaques entre les deux guerres mondiales

Abstract

Il commence par évoquer brièvement le rôle de la profession juridique pendant et après la création de la République tchécoslovaque (1918-1939). On dit souvent que la première république était une république d'avocats. La deuxième partie est consacrée aux relations bilatérales entre le barreau tchèque et le barreau de Paris, ainsi qu'aux congrès juridiques tchécoslovaques auxquels ont également participé des avocats français. La troisième partie traite de la participation des avocats tchèques à l’Union internationale des avocats et mentionne plusieurs informations intéressantes sur leur rôle sur la scène internationale.Nejprve se krátce zmiňuje o roli právnické profese během a po vzniku Československé republiky (1918–1939). Často se říká, že první republika byla republikou právníků. Ve druhé části se věnuje bilaterálním vztahům mezi českou advokátní komorou a advokátní komorou v Paříži, jakož i o československých právnických kongresech, kterých se účastnili také francouzští advokáti. Ve třetí části se zabývá účastí českých advokátů v Mezinárodní advokátní unii a zmiňuje několik zajímavých informací o jejich roli na mezinárodní scéně.He begins by briefly discussing the role of the legal profession during and after the creation of the Czechoslovak Republic (1918–1939). It is often said that the First Republic was a republic of lawyers. The second part is devoted to bilateral relations between the Czech Bar Association and the Paris Bar Association, as well as to Czechoslovak legal congresses in which French lawyers also participated. The third part deals with the participation of Czech lawyers in the International Union of Lawyers and mentions several interesting facts about their role on the international stage.
