| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na provedení finančního auditu zahrnující provedení auditních testů, vyhodnocení finančního auditu a podání návrhu nápravných opatření pro auditovaný podnik. Pojednává také o cílech a definicích finančního auditu a legislativních aspektech týkajících se výkonu auditorské profese. Hlavním cílem této práce je vyhodnocení finančního auditu a podání návrhu nápravných opatření u zvoleného podnikatelského subjektu. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením cíle a definice auditu, vznikem auditu, legislativními předpisy, podmínkami pro vstup do auditorské profese a teoretickým popsáním základních auditorských postupů. V druhé polovině práce je představen auditovaný podnik a auditorská kancelář, vykonávající audit. Následuje aplikace teoretických znalostí do praxe. Výstupem práce je vyhodnocení provedeného finančního auditu a navržení nápravných opatření pro auditovaný podnik. Výstupem provedených prací je auditorský výrok bez výhrad, který říká, že v účetní závěrce společnosti nejsou žádné významné nesprávnosti ovlivňující informace v ní uvedené. Navržená nápravná opatření slouží pouze jako doporučení pro podnik, na co by bylo vhodné se zaměřit, ať už ve strategickém či operativním plánování. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The submitted diploma thesis is focused on performing a financial audit including performing audit tests, evaluating financial audit and proposing corrective measures for the audited company. Also deal with objectives and definitions of financial audit and legislative aspects relating to the performing the audit profession. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the financial audit and submit a proposal of corrective measures to the selected business entity. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the objective and definition of the audit, the origin of the audit, legislative regulations, the conditions for entering the audit profession and the theoretical description of the basic audit procedures. In the second half of the thesis are presented the audited business entity and the audit office performing the audit. The following is the application of theoretical knowledge into practice. The output of the thesis is the evaluation of the financial audit and suggesting corrective measures for the audited company. The output of the work performed is an auditor´s statement without reservation stating that there are no material misstatements in the financial statements that affect the information contained therein. The proposed corrective measures are merely a recommendation for the business to focus on, whether in strategic or operative planning. | en |
