dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv genderu v oblasti zdravotnictví z perspektivy konkrétních zaměstnanců. Těmi jsou lékař/lékařka a zdravotní sestra/bratr. Ve své práci si kladu za cíl popsat jakým způsobem se gender promítá do organizační struktury nemocnice, jak ovlivňuje interakce mezi zdravotnickým personálem z perspektivy dotázaných aktérů a jakým způsobem aktéři reflektují vliv genderu. Ve výzkumu mimo zmíněné také analyzuji vliv genderu při motivacích k výběru školy a povolání. Práce je založená na kvalitativním výzkumu a metodou sběru dat jsou polostruktukturované rozhovory s lékaři/lékařkami a zdravotními sestrami/bratry konkrétní nemocnice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMy bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of gender in healthcare as viewed by the specific practitioners in the field. These are both male and female doctors and nurses. My goal is to describe how gender affects the organisational hierarchy and structure of a specific hospital. How gender influences the day to day interactions in the field as described by the practitioners themselves and also wether these practitioners view gender as an influential factor. Last but not least as a part of my research I also analyse gender as a driving force in choosing the future study field and occupation of the respondents. My work is based on qualitative research with semi-structured interviews with male and female doctors and nurses in a specific hospital.en
