| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá aspekty ošetřovatelství pacientů v domácí péči s diagnózou diabetes mellitus. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám popisem podstaty onemocnění diabetes mellitus, teorií ošetřovatelského procesu, popisem vybraného ošetřovatelského modelu Marjory Gordon a charakteristikou domácí péče. V praktické části je popsán pomocí kazuistik a ošetřovatelského plánu ošetřovatelský proces o dvě vybrané klientky agentury domácí péče, které trpí onemocněním diabetes mellitus 2. typu. | cs |
