dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí porodní asistentky o ženu po zjištění specifické diagnózy u plodu v těhotenství a šestinedělí. Teoretická část pojednává o péči porodní asistentky, psychice těhotných žen a šestinedělek, psychice žen po zjištění specifické diagnózy u plodu nebo u dítěte, o prenatálním screeningu plodu a poslední část se zabývá psychohygienou porodních asistentek. Všechny tyto informace pramení z odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Praktická část práce je provedena formou kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně případovou studií, která popisuje případ ženy, které bylo v průběhu těhotenství sděleno, že její dítě má vrozenou vývojovou vadu. V závěru práce je uvedeno, jak bylo dosaženo stanovených cílů práce a doporučení do praxe.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is about taking care for a woman after finding out specific fetal diagnosis during pregnancy and puerperium. The theoretical part deals with midwife care, psychology of pregnant women and woman puerperium, psyche of women after beeing informed that their fetus or child has got specific diagnosis, about prenatal screening of the fetus and the last part deals with psycho-hygiene of midwives. All this informations are from professional literature and Internet resources. Practical part of the work is done in the form of a qualitative research, namely a case study that describes the case of a woman who was informed during her pregnancy that her child had a congenital developmental defect. The conclusion of the thesis indicates how the objectives of the work and recommendations for practice were achieved.en
