dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling pracovního kapitálu. V teoretické části je popsán pojem controlling a jeho dělení dle odborné literatury. Dále je v teoretické části popsán čistý pracovní kapitál a nástroje používané při řízení pracovního kapitálu. V praktické části je nejprve představena vybraná společnost a následně je popsán informační systém zvolené společnosti. Poté následuje analýza pracovního kapitálu se zaměřením na hlavní složky čistého pracovního kapitálu: pohledávky a závazky. Výsledky z analýzy řízení pracovního kapitálu vedou k vyhodnocení efektivity řízení pracovního kapitálu ve vybraném podniku. Na konci vyhodnocení jsou navržena možná zlepšení na řízení pracovního kapitálu, zejména v oblasti pohledávek.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma thesis is focused on controlling of working capital. The theoretical part explains the concept of controlling and its classification according to the literature. Furthermore, in the theoretical part of thesis, there are described the net working capital and instruments used for management of working capital. In the practical part of thesis is firstly an introduction of a selected company, and further there is a description of an information system of the selected company. It is followed by analysis of working capital management focusing on the main components of net working capital: receivables and payables. The results of analysis of working capital management lead to evaluate the efficiency of working capital management in the selected company. In the end of the evaluation there are proposed possible suggestions for improving the working capital management especially in the area of receivables.en
