| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zajímá o problematiku kompresivní léčby u chronické venózní insuficience. Teoretická část práce se zabývá popisem chronické žilní nedostatečnosti, úlohou všeobecné sestry v přikládání kompresivní terapie a prevenci u chronické venózní insuficience. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na znalost všeobecných sester o chronické venózní insuficienci a pravidla pro přikládání bandáží na dolní končetiny. Dále zjišťuje zájem pacientů dodržovat kompresivní léčbu. Výzkum byl zjišťován dotazníkovou metodou. Bylo zjištěno, že všeobecné sestry mají znalosti o chronické venózní insuficience. Všeobecné sestry pracující u lůžka 15 let a více znají pravidla pro přikládání bandáží lépe než všeobecné sestry pracující u lůžka méně než 15 let. Pacienti mají zájem dodržovat přikládání kompresivních obinadel a punčoch na dolní končetiny. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Bachelor thesis adresses the issue of compression therapy for chronic venous insufficiency. The theoretical part of the thesis describes chronic venous insufficiency , the role of nurses in stoking compression therapy and prevention of chronic venous insufficiency. The practical part is focused on the knowledge of nurses to chronic venous insufficiency and rules for applying a bandage to the lower limbs . It also investigates the interest of patients adhere to compression therapy. The research was determined using questionnaires. It was found out that nurses have knowledge of chronic venous insufficiency. General nurses working at the bedside 15 years or more are familiar with the rules for applying bandages better than nurses working at the bedside less than 15 years. Patients are interested in following stoking compression bandages. | en |
