dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá dětskou mozkovou obrnou a konkrétně popisuje léčebnou metodu TheraSuit. Práce je dělená na dvě části, a to teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části je definován pojem dětská mozková obrna, její výskyt, příčiny vzniku a diagnostika, jednotlivé formy, způsoby léčby a terapie pomocí TheraSuit metody. Dále je uvedena historie, princip a indikace tohoto oblečku využívaného u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Praktická část hodnotí a popisuje účinnost oblečku a je zpracována formu tří kazuistik. Vybrala jsem si tři pacienty s dětskou mozkovou obrnou, u kterých jsem provedla vstupní a následně i výstupní vyšetření. Součástí práce je i obrazová příloha se zaměřením na diagnostiku dle vývojové kineziologie. Cílem práce bylo ověřit, zda TheraSuit terapií lze zvýšit stabilitu, svalovou sílu, pozitivně ovlivňovat nácvik chůze a dosáhnout vyššího lokomočního stádia. První dvě hypotézy se mi potvrdili, třetí pouze u jednoho pacienta. V diskuzi a závěru práce jsem shrnula výsledky hypotéz a účinek terapie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with cerebral palsy and specifically describes the TheraSuit treatment method. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part defines the concept of cerebral palsy, its incidence, causes of origin and diagnosis, individual forms, methods of treatment and therapy using TheraSuit method. Further, the history, principle and indication of this suit used in children with cerebral palsy is presented. The practical part evaluates and describes the effectiveness of the suit and the form of three case reports is processed. I chose three patients with cerebral palsy, for whom I performed an initial and subsequent examination. Part of the work is also a pictorial supplement focusing on diagnostics according to developmental kinesiology. The aim of this work was to verify whether TheraSuit therapy can increase stability, muscle strength, positively influence walking practice and reach a higher locomotor stage. The first two hypotheses were confirmed to me, the third only in one patient. In the discussion and conclusion of the work I summarized the results of hypotheses and the effect of therapy.en
