| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Problematika stravovacích doplňků pro sportovce" z pohledu rekreačního i profesionálního sportovce. Doplňky stravy představují v současné době velký vliv na výživu ve sportu. Na trhu je obrovský výběr mezi výrobci i vlastními produkty a jejich účinek by měl být v zásadě pozitivní, jak inzerují výrobci, nicméně nadužívání některých přípravků může mít i negativní dopad na zdraví jedince. V praktické části této práce mapuji situaci užívání sportovních doplňků stravy mezi sportovci různého zaměření, a zajímalo mne, jaký mají vztah k jejich užívání. Dále zjišťuji, jaké užívají preparáty určité skupiny těchto sportovců, k jakému účelu a jestli o této problematice informuje trenér či poradce daného jedince. V neposlední řadě se výzkumné šetření dotýká také informovanosti respondentů o účincích doplňků stravy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This Bachelor thesis is reviewing the topic of "The issue of nutritional supplements for athletes" from the point of view of a recreational and professional athlete. At the moment, food supplements are imposing a huge influence on nutrition in sport. There are many options on the market varying from manufacturers and the products themselves. The effect of these products should be, strictly speaking, positive, as the manufacturers are advertising, however the overuse of some of these products can also have a negative impact on the athlete's health. In the practical section of this thesis I am surveying the situation of the usage of sport food supplements among athletes with different specializations and what their stance on their use is. Furthermore, I am investigating what products are different groups of athletes using, what for and if they are informed about them from their coaches or specialist advisers. At last but not least the research is inquiring the respondent's awareness regarding the topic of food supplements effects. | en |
