dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce s názvem Význam kontrastních látek při vyšetření pomocí výpočetní tomografie se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části popisuji historii, rozdělení a vlastnosti kontrastních látek. Věnuji se také nejužívanějším kontrastním látkám a jejich aplikaci. Zmapovala jsem schémata aplikace a případné nežádoucí účinky a kontraindikace. V praktické části se zabývám pěti kazuistikami pacientů, kteří byli indikováni k CT vyšetření a soustředím se na význam aplikace kontrastních látek při těchto vyšetřeních.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis titled The Importance of contrast agents in examination using computed tomography consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the history, distribution and properties of contrast agents. He also details the most commonly used contrast agents and their application. I outlined the application diagram and the possible undesirable reactions and contraindications. In the practical part deals with five case reports of patients who were indicated for CT examinations and concentrate on the importance of the application of contrast agents in these examinations.	en
