dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta na umělé plicní ventila-ci. V teoretické části je stručně popsaná anatomie a fyziologie dýchacího systému, možnosti zajištění dýchacích cest u nemocných. Umělá plicní ventilace jako celek, zejména cíle, indikace k zahájení UPV. V kapitole UPV je rozebíraná téma neinvazivní plicní ventilaci, VAP, weaningu a extubaci. V závěru teoretické části je popsán okruh v oblasti ošetřovatel-ské péče o nemocných na umělé plicní ventilaci. Cílem praktické části bylo zmapovat specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta se za-jištěnými dýchacími cestami u ošetřujícího personálu pracujícího na intenzivních lůžkách, který se denně setkávají s problematikou umělé plicní ventilace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with nursing care of a patient on artificial pulmonary ventilation. In the theoretical part, the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system are briefly described, the possibility of securing the airways in patients. Artificial pulmona-ry ventilation as a whole, especially objectives, indications for initation APV. In the APV chapter, Also deal with non-invasive pulmonary ventilation, VAP, weaning and extubation. At the end of the theoretical part, deal with the nursing care of patients on artificial pulmo-nary ventilation. The aim of practical part was to charge the specific patient's nursing care with se-curing airways of the medical nursing staff working in intensive beds, who encounter the issue of artificial pulmonary ventilation on a daily basis.en
