dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na obecný pojem veřejné správy a její elektronické formy eGovernmentu (včetně stručných historických kontextů obou institutů), dále na pojem eGovernmentu v kontextu Evropské unie a mimo to také na komparaci vybraných institutů českého eGovernmentu s německou verzí. Práce je též doplněna vlastním výzkumem (v podobě dotazníkového šetření) autorky, který byl zaměřen na znalost a využívanost eGovernmentu občany.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the general concept of public administration and its electronic forms - eGovernment (including brief historical contexts of both institutes), next it is focused on the concept of eGovernment in the context of the European Union and also on the comparison of selected institutes of Czech eGovernment with the German version. The work is also complemented by an own research (in the form of a questionnaire survey) by the author, focused on the knowledge and use of eGovernment by citizens.en
