| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na vymezení a charakteristiku pojmu controlling. Jsou definovány nástroje controllingu podporující podnikové řízení a rovněž hlavní cíle, na jejichž plnění je controlling zaměřen. Závěr teoretické části je věnován charakteristice hlavních druhů controllingu a rozčlenění controllingu na složky normativní, operativní a strategickou. Praktická část začíná charakteristikou společnosti, její vnější a vnitřní analýzou prostředí. Dále je práce zaměřena na monitoring nákladových středisek a plán nákladů na přímé zaměstnance. Tyto oblasti jsou pak vyhodnocovány a po identifikování slabých míst controllingových procesů jsou navržena nápravná opatření. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented thesis is focused on the identification and charakteristics of the concept of controlling. The instruments of controlling supporting the the corporate management are defined together with the main targets on which the controlling is focused. The conclussion of the theoretical part is devoted to characteristics of main types of controlling and the classification of controlling to normative, operative and strategic components. The practical part begins with the company characteristics and its external and internal environment analysis. Further part of the thesis is focused on the monitoring of the cost centers and on the plan of the direct labor costs. These areas are then aveluated and weaknesses in the controlling processes are defined together with the corrective actions. | en |
