dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá urbanizačními procesy ve východoafrických státech. Teoretický úvod má za úkol objasnit problematiku, odlišnost a trendy urbanizačních procesů v rozvojových zemích. Další část teoretického rámce se zabývá urbanizačními procesy v Africe, cílem této části je představení možných příčin urbanizace v Africe a dále určit pozitivní a negativní urbanizační procesy v Africe a jaký vliv mají na obyvatelstvo. Práce si klade následující cíle: zhodnotit a sledovat průběh urbanizace ve východní Africe, to bude uskutečněno za pomoci kategorizování měst a států ve sledovaném období 1960-2020 a sledovat proměnu obyvatel prostřednictvím dopadů urbanizace. Závěry této práce mimo jiné ukazují, že vliv urbanizace na proměnu populace ve východní Africe je významný, ať se jedná o pozitivní či negativní vliv.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented bachelor thesis deals with urbanization processes in East African countries. The theoretical introduction aims to clarify the issues, differences, and trends of urbanization processes in developing countries. The next part of the theoretical framework deals with urbanization processes in Africa, this part aims to present the possible causes of urbanization in Africa and to determine the positive and negative urbanization processes in Africa and their impact on the population. The work has the following goals: to evaluate and monitor the course of urbanization in East Africa, this will be done by categorizing cities and states in the period 1960-2020 and monitor population change through the impact of urbanization. The conclusions of this work show, among other things, that the impact of urbanization on population change in East Africa is significant, whether it is a positive or negative effect.en
