| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce "Taping dle McConnell u pacientů s femoropatelárním syndromem" se věnuje problematice femoropatelárního skloubení a způsobu jeho ošetření pomocí tapingu podle studie australské fyzioterapeutky Jenny McConnell. Práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá kineziologií a patokineziologií kolenního kloubu, jeho biomechanikou, příčinami a projevy femoropatelárního syndromu u sportovců. Dále je zde popsán rozdíl mezi rigidním a kineziologickým tapem a rovněž jsou zde uvedeny i příklady jiné léčby femoropatelárního syndromu než za pomoci tapingu. Dílčí část teoretické části je věnována i popisu Y-Balance testu a rozdílu mezi Y-Balance testem a Star Excursion Balance Testem. V poslední řadě jsou zde uvedeny informace o Trigno IM senzorech, kterými se měřila stabilizační aktivita kolenního kloubu. Praktická část popisuje provedení měření kolenního kloubu u sportovců s femoropatelárním syndromem, kteří byli vybráni na základě pozitivity testů ověřujících tento syndrom. Měření se zúčastnilo 21 probandů, kdy se měřily účinky tapingu dle McConnell. Byl prováděn Y-Balance test a výsledky měření byly zaznamenávány pomocí Trigno IM senzorů. Nedílnou součástí praktické části je i diskuze, v které jsou porovnány nasbírané a naměřené hodnoty této práce s výsledky jiných studií. Výsledky potvrzují účinnost tapingu dle McConnell v řešení této problematiky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis "McConnell Taping for Patients with Patellofemoral Syndrome" addresses the issues related to the patellofemoral joint and its treatment using taping based on the study conducted by Australian physiotherapist Jenny McConnell. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part discusses the kinesiology and pathokinesiology of the knee joint, its biomechanics, causes, and symptoms of patellofemoral syndrome in athletes. Additionally, it describes the difference between rigid and kinesiological tape, providing examples of further treatments for patellofemoral syndrome besides taping. A subsection of the theoretical part describes the Y-Balance test and the difference between the Y-Balance test and the Star Excursion Balance Test. Finally, information about Trigno IM sensors used to measure the stabilisation activity of the knee joint is presented. The practical part outlines the measurement of the knee joint in athletes with patellofemoral syndrome, selection based on positive tests confirming the syndrome. 21 patients participated in the measurements, evaluating the effects of McConnell taping. The Y-Balance test was performed, and the measurement results were recorded using Trigno IM sensors. The practical part also includes a discussion comparing this study's collected and measured values with the results of other studies.
