dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá povědomím laické veřejnosti o problematice kolorektálního karcinomu. Práce je složena ze dvou částí, praktické a teoretické části. Teoretická část práce je zpočátku věnována anatomii a fyziologii tlustého střeva a konečníku, poté se komplexně zabývá onemocněním kolorektálního karcinomu, včetně možností prevence a screeningu, na který je v práci kladen velký důraz. Závěr teoretické části je věnován roli všeobecné sestry u tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část práce je zaměřena především na problematiku vyšetřovacích metod v rámci prevence kolorektálního karcinomu. Obecným výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že vyšetřovací metody zásadně ovlivňují ochotu respondentů účastnit se onkologické prevence kolorektálního karcinomu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the awareness of the general public about colorectal cancer. It consists of two parts: practical and a theoretical part. The theoretical part is initially devoted to the anatomy and physiology of the colon and rectum. It then covers comprehensively the disease, colorectal cancer, including the possibility of prevention and screening, which is of key importance in this work. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the role of the general nurse in this disease. The practical part of this work is focused mainly on the issue of screening methods in the prevention of colorectal cancer. The general result of this thesis is that: the examination methods fundamentally influence the respondent's willingness to participate in these strategies for prevention of colorectal cancer.en
