dc.description.abstractCílem mé bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat celoroční tréninkový cyklus ženských fotbalových týmů AC Sparta Praha a FC Viktoria Plzeň a následně je porovnat. Komparace odhalila hlavní rozdíly, které jsem se snažila v práci vysvětlit a odůvodnit. Materiály a informace jsem získávala od trenérů jednotlivých týmů, z internetových zdrojů a odborné literatury. Výsledkem práce je přiblížení problematiky ženského fotbalu mezi týmy FC Viktoria Plzeň a AC Sparta Praha z 1. ligy žen a jejich celoročních tréninkových cyklů všem, kdo se o ně zajímají. Vypracování této práce mi přineslo mnoho nových znalostí a poznatků z prostředí ženského fotbalu a umožnilo mi využít mé zkušenosti z předchozího působení v obou klubech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of my bachelor thesis was to analyse the year-round training cycle of the women's football teams AC Sparta Praha and FC Viktoria Plzeň and then compare them. The comparison revealed the main differences, which I tried to explain and justify in my thesis. I obtained materials and information from the coaches of each team, internet sources and professional literature. The result of the thesis is to bring the issue of women's football between the teams FC Viktoria Plzeň and AC Sparta Praha from the 1st Women's League and their year-round training cycles closer to all those who are interested in them. The development of this thesis brought me a lot of new knowledge and insights from the women's football environment and allowed me to use my experience from my previous work in both clubs.en
