dc.description.abstractPojem informovaný souhlas je velmi diskutované téma. V roce 2017 se stal tématem konference České lékařské komory. V každém oboru zdravotnické péče se zdravotní personál i klienti potýkají s různými potížemi. Pracuji na neonatologickém oddělení, které má mnoho specifik. Matky po porodu jsou zvláštní skupinou hospitalizovaných klientů. Nejedná se přímo o pacienty, ve smyslu nemocných. Na straně druhé, novorozenec není autonomní a je zastupován zákonným zástupcem, matkou, respektive oběma rodiči, kteří rozhodují o poskytované péči a také podepisují informovaný souhlas či nesouhlas. V teoretické části je popsán informovaný souhlas, základní pojmy, specifika a po-dání vitaminu K jako prevence krvácivé nemoci u novorozenců. V praktické části je pro-veden výzkum mapující problematiku matek, které odmítají, podání vitaminu K. Výstupem pro praxi je pak edukační materiál - informativní leták o podávání vitaminu K u novorozenců.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe concept of informed consent is a highly discussed topic. In 2017 it became the topic of the conference Czech medical chamber. In every field of medical care medical staff and clients face different problems. I work at department of neonatology, the care and problems we face here are highly specific. Mothers after birth are pretty specific clients. There are not typical patients, there are not sick. On the other hand, the newborn is not independent, he/she is represented by his/her moth-er or both parents which decide about provided care and also sign informed consent or disapproval. Informed consent, basic terms, specifics of vitamin K administration as a prophylaxis of Haemorrhagic disease of the newborn are described in the theoretical part. In the practi-cal part was conducted survey to map the issue of mothers refusing vitamin K administra-tion. Result for praxis is educational material-informative leaflet for parents about vita-min K administration in the newborn.en
