dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práci je ošetřovatelsky proces u pacientů s uzávěrem koronárních tepen. Začátek teoretické části je zaměřen na anatomie kardiovaskulárního systému, srdeční choroby, rizikové faktory a farmaceutickou léčbu. Závěr teoretické časti je zaměřen na moznosti léčby, a to je kardiochirurgická léčba CABG a intervenční léčba PTCA, popis těch výkonu, indikace a kontraindikace a úlohu sestry. V praktické části bakalářské práci jsou porovnány dvě kazuistiky, zaměřené na ošetřovatelskou péči a komunikaci s pacienty po kardiochirurgickém výkonu bypass a po perkutánní transluminální angioplastice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor thesis is the procedures needed to save a patient with coronary artery occlusion. The beginning of the theoretical part is focused on the anatomy of the cardiovascular system, heart disease, risk factors and pharmaceutical treatment. The conclusion of the theoretical part is focused on the possibilities of treatment, namely the cardiosurgical treatment of CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting) and interventional treatment of PTCA (Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty), a description of those procedures, indications and contraindications, and the role of the nurse. The practical part of the bachelor thesis compares two case reports and is focused on nursing care and communication with patients after bypass cardiac surgery and after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty.en
