dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá ochranou a rozvojem nemateriální části kultury napříč Českou republikou i Evropou. Cílem bylo zhodnotit vliv muzeí a tří hierarchicky odlišných typů seznamů nemateriálních statků tradiční lidové kultury. První, teoretičtěji pojatá část práce se zabývá právním rámcem regulace ochrany nehmotného kulturního dědictví. Druhá část se konkrétněji zaměřuje na seznamy nemateriálních statků tradiční lidové kultury a vznikla s využitím odborných konzultací s Regionálním pracovištěm pro tradiční lidovou kulturu při Jihočeském muzeu v Českých Budějovicích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the protection and development of the intangible part of culture across the Czech Republic and Europe. The intent was to assess the impact of museums and three hierarchically different types of lists of intangible assets of traditional folk culture. The first, more theoretical part of the thesis deals with the legal framework for regulating the protection of intangible cultural heritage. The second part specifically focuses on the lists of intangible assets in traditional folk culture and was created with the help of expert consultations with the Regional Office for Traditional Folk Culture at the South Bohemian Museum in České Budějovice.en
