ProCit o autismu

Abstract

Již jedenáct let v Plzeňském kraji působí Občanské sdružení ProCit, z.s. Jedná se o organizaci zajišťující osvětu v oblasti problematiky poruch autistického spektra a péči o rodiny dětí s touto diagnózou. Jako registrovaná sociální služba má ProCit v péči více než 12 rodin, celkově ProCitem za dobu trvání prošlo přes sto rodin. Kromě osvěty formou pořádání besed, seminářů, přednášek a workshopů se nám, pracovníkům a spolupracovníkům ProCitu, jevilo smysluplné vydat publikaci sdílející zkušenosti s fungováním centra zajišťujícího komplexní péči o rodiny s dětmi s PAS, která by vyzkoušené aktivity přehledně shrnovala a stala se tak vodítkem při práci s dětmi s autismem pro další zájemce.

The Association ProCit, z.s. has been operating in the Pilsen Region for eleven years. It is an organization providing education in the field of autism spectrum disorders and care for families of children with this diagnosis. As a registered social service, ProCit is cared for by more than 12 families; in total, more than a hundred families have passed through ProCit. In addition to raising awareness through discussions, seminars, lectures and workshops, it made sense for us, ProCit staff and associates to publish a publication sharing experience with the operation of a center providing comprehensive care for families with children with ASD, which would summarize the tried and tested activities and work with children with autism for others.
