| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením bolesti. Rozebírá obecnou charakteristiku a aspekty bolesti, zvláště pak se zaměřením na bolest pooperační. Popisuje verbální a neverbální metody hodnocení bolesti, škály bolesti, dotazníky i terapii bolesti. Pro šetření tato práce využívá dotazníkové šetření. Byl zvolen dotazník McGillovy univerzity pro hodnocení bolesti ve své zkrácené verzi. Práce se zabývala použitím deskriptorů, hodnocením intenzity bolesti během hospitalizace nebo rozdíly v hodnocení u mužů a u žen. Z výsledků vyšlo najevo, že většina pacientů volí během hospitalizace rozdílné deskriptory bolesti a jejich volba je u můžu a žen rozdílná pouze minimálně. Pouze menšině pacientů během hospitalizace vymizela zcela bolest. U většiny pacientů docházelo k poklesu bolesti, který byl mírně rychlejší u mužů. Pokud ve sledované skupině ponecháme pouze pacienty s endoprotézou, výsledky se příliš nezmění. Použití deskriptorů i pokles bolesti zůstávají podobné jako ve skupině všech diagnóz. U žen klesá poměr těch, u kterých došlo k vymizení bolesti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The focus of this thesis is set on pain evaluation. It analyzes general characteristics and aspects of the pain with further focus on post-operative pain. The thesis describes verbal and non-verbal pain evaluation, pain scales and questionnaires. There is also a chapter dealing with pain therapy. The research part of this thesis utilizes questionnaire, with McGill university questionnaire for pain score evaluation being chosen, albeit in reduced length. The thesis deals with pain descriptors, pain intensity evaluation during hospitalization period and with evaluation differences between sexes. The results are that majority of patients chose different pain descriptors during hospitalization, and their choice varied only minimally between sexes. Only with minority of patients the pain disappeared altogether. With the majority, the pain gradually decreased. The pain decrease was also slightly faster within the male part of the patient population. If we keep the monitored group endoprothesis patient only, the results will not change by much. The usage of descriptors and decrease of pain are similar to the universal diagnosis group. We can observe decrease in number of female patients that stopped feeling pain altogether. | en |
