| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na měření kloubního rozsahu u basketbalistů a jeho porovnání s fyziologickou normou. Zaměřila jsem se konkrétně na rozsah páteře, klouby horní končetiny (ramenní kloub, loketní kloub a zápěstní kloub) a dolní končetiny (kyčelní kloub, kolenní kloub a hlezenní kloub). V uvedených kloubech byly měřeny všechny přirozené pohyby. V teoretických východiscích jsem se zaměřila na anatomii kloubů a fyziologické kloubní rozsahy, popsala specifika pohybu při basketbalu, charakterizovala goniometrii a uvedla způsoby měření kloubního rozsahu. V metodické části je popsán výzkumný soubor, metody výzkumu a použité nástroje. K měření byl využit klasický goniometr (u páteře krejčovský metr). Výzkumná část analyzovala data získaná pomocí měření. Zaměřila jsem se na rozdíly pohyblivosti kloubů basketbalistů oproti fyziologické normě. V závěru praktické časti jsem navrhla soubor kompenzačních cviků zaměřených na stabilizaci kloubů, které vykazovaly mírnou hypermobilitu, a posílení svalových skupin, které je obklopují. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is focused on measuring joint extent of basketball players and its comparison with the physiological norm. I focused specifically on the extent of the spine, the joints of the upper limb (shoulder joint, elbow joint and wrist joint) and the lower limb (hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint). Movements measured in these joints were all natural. In the theoretical basis, I focused on the anatomy of the joints and the physiological joint extents, described the specifics of movement in basketball, characterized goniometry and introduced methods of measuring joint extents. The methodological part describes the research set, research methods and tools used. For the measuring a classical goniometer (tailor's tape measure for the spine measuring) was used. The research part analyzed the data obtained by the measuring. I focused on the differences in joint mobility of basketball players compared to the physiological norm. At the end of the practical part, I proposed compensatory exercises aimed at stabilizing the joints, which were mostly slightly hypermobile, and strengthening the muscle groups that surround them. | en |
