dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část se zaměřením na ošetřovatelský proces u pacientek po hysterektomii. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem jednotlivých druhů operačních zákroků hysterektomie, pooperační a ošetřovatelskou péčí. Praktická část byla provedena formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Byly vybrány tři pacientky, které podstoupily abdominální hysterektomii a tři pacientky, které podstoupily laparoskopicky asistovanou vaginální hysterektomii. Na základě vyhodnocení rozhovorů byl vytvořen návrh ošetřovatelského standardu na časnou pooperační péči u pacientek po hysterektomii, který bude následně nabídnut k použití na gynekologicko-porodnické oddělení krajské nemocnice Stod po spolupráci s managementem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part, which focus on the nursing procedure of patients after a hysterectomy. The theoretical part deals with the description of particular types of hysterectomy surgical procedures and postoperative care. The practical part was carried out in the form of qualitative research. There were selected three patients who underwent abdominal hysterectomy and three other patients who un-derwent laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy. Based on the evaluation of the interviews, a draft of nursing standard for early postoperative care of patients after hyste-rectomy was created and will be then offered for use in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Stod Regional Hospital in cooperation with the Management.en
