| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma epidurální analgezie při porodu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je rozdělená na 3 kapitoly. První kapitola se věnuje pojmu porodu a popisu mechanismu fyziologického porodu. Druhá kapitola se týká bolesti, tlumení bolesti a metod tlumení porodní bolesti, a to farma-kologickým i nefarmakologickým. Ve třetí kapitole je rozpracována problematika epi-durální analgezie, která zahrnuje anatomii páteřního kanálu, používané léky, způsob ap-likace, indikace, kontraindikace a komplikace při použití epidurální analgezie. V praktické části jsem zjišťovala vliv epidurální analgezie při porodu pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že epidurální analgezie většinou nepůsobí negativně ani na samotný průběh porodu, ani na rodičku. Většina žen ji hodnotí jako bezpečný a účinný způsob tišení bolesti bez výraznějších komplikací. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny získané poznatky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of epidural analgesia during childbirth. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of childbirth and describes the mechanism of physiological birth. The second chapter discusses pain, pain relief, and methods of alleviating labor pain, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological. The third chapter elaborates on the issue of epidural analgesia, covering the anatomy of the spinal canal, the medications used, the method of application, indications, contraindica-tions, and complications associated with the use of epidural analgesia. In the practical part, the influence of epidural analgesia during childbirth was examined through quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. The results of the research show that epidural analgesia generally does not have a negative impact on the course of labor or on the mother. Most women evaluate it as a safe and effective method of pain relief with no significant complications.At the end of the work are the findings. | en |
